Take a Break (Short-term) Ideal for temporary interruptions.
Duration: You can choose between 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
Changes: A request to increase the period takes effect immediately. If you wish to reduce or cancel the period, the request will only be granted after 7 days.
Self-Exclusion (Long-term) Complies with Portuguese regulations for longer periods.
Duration: The minimum period is 3 months, and it can be for a fixed term or an indefinite (permanent) period.
Reactivation: Revoking self-exclusion only takes effect 30 days after your request and only if the mandatory 3-month minimum period has already ended.
