To validate your identity at Betano, you must provide one of the following original documents, ensuring the image is clear, in color, and all data is visible:
1. Portuguese Citizens
Citizen Card (front and back).
2. Foreign Citizens You may use any of the following documents:
National ID Card (from your country of origin).
Passport.
Residence Permit/Title (issued in Portugal).
Driving License.
Important Note regarding NIF: For foreign citizens, if your ID document does not show your Portuguese NIF (Tax Number), you must also provide an official NIF proof (issued by the Portuguese Tax and Customs Authority).
How to upload: Go to your Profile > Verification Process and upload the photos or files in the designated fields.
