Receiving a code via email when logging into your account is due to Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This is an additional security layer that protects your account from unauthorized access.
How it works:
Code Delivery: Every time you try to access your account, we send a unique code to your registered email.
Wait for the Code: The email may take a few minutes to arrive. Avoid requesting multiple codes in a row, as only the most recent code will be valid. If you enter an old code, the system will show an error.
Check your Email: If you can't find the code in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folders.
How to enable or disable: You can manage this feature at any time under: Account → Profile → Login and Security → Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
