If you wish to remove an active bonus from your account, you can do so directly through your settings. Follow these steps:
Log in to your Account: Sign in to Betano.
Active Promotions: Go to your account menu, select "Promotions" and then "Active Promotions".
Select the Bonus: Identify the bonus you wish to remove from the list of ongoing offers.
Cancel Bonus: Click on the "Cancel Bonus" option associated with that offer.
Confirm the Decision: Read the confirmation message carefully and confirm the cancellation.
Check History: The bonus will be moved to the "Expired Promotions" section.
Warning: When you cancel a bonus, any bonus balance and any pending winnings associated with that bonus will be permanently removed from your account. This action cannot be undone.
