The Split option allows you to turn an initial hand with two cards of the same value (e.g., two 8s, two Jacks) into two independent hands.
How it works:
Additional Bet: When splitting, you must place a new bet of equal value to your initial bet for the second hand.
Independent Hands: The cards are separated, and you play each hand individually. You can Hit, Stand, or Double Down for each.
Specific Rules:
Aces: Generally, when splitting Aces, you only receive one additional card for each hand.
Re-split: Depending on the table rules, if you receive another card of the same value, you may be allowed to split again up to the house limit.
