You can update your email, phone number, and other personal details directly in your profile, keeping your Betano account always up to date and secure.
How to update your details
- Log in to your Betano account.
- Go to Profile → Personal Details.
- Locate the field you want to update — Email, Phone Number, Address, Occupation, or Favourite Team — and enter the new information.
- Click Save.
Mandatory security verification (OTP)
For changes to sensitive data — email or phone number — Betano always sends a verification code (OTP) before confirming the change:
- Phone number change: the code is sent via SMS to your currently registered number.
- No longer have access to your old phone number? You can choose to receive the code by email instead, as long as your email address is already verified on your account.
Don't have access to any of your registered contacts?
If you no longer have access to either your registered email or phone number, you won't be able to complete the change on your own through your profile. See "I've lost access to my email or phone number. What should I do?" for how to continue with the help of Customer Support.
