If you no longer have the card associated with your Betano account, you must provide documentation proving its current status (cancelled, closed, or renewed). Follow these steps:
1. Prepare one of the following proofs:
Bank Document: Official statement issued by the bank confirming the cancellation or closure.
Digital Communication: Screenshot of the official bank email regarding the cancellation.
Banking App: Screenshot of the bank's App showing the card's specific status (e.g., "Cancelled", "Lost", or "Renewed").
2. Where to send the documents:
Log in and go to your Profile.
Select "Verification Process".
Upload the files in the section dedicated to card verification.
Note: Ensure the images are clear and legible, and that the cardholder's details and the last digits of the card (if visible) match your account. After submission, our team will review the documentation to update the card status in the system.
