How to request reactivation: To regain access, you must fill out our Contact Form with the following details:
Category: Select "Account Problems".
Topic: Choose "Account Reactivation".
Message: Write "Request for account reactivation" and include:
Username
Date of Birth
Tax Identification Number (NIF)
Note: Before the account becomes inactive, Betano will send a warning notice to your registered email address.
