If you have submitted a withdrawal request but it has not yet been processed, you can quickly cancel it and have the funds immediately returned to your account.
Step-by-Step Process
Access the Cancellation Area: Navigate to Account → Transactions → Cancel withdrawal.
Identify the Request: Find the withdrawal request you wish to cancel in the list.
Cancel: Select the option to cancel the request.
Immediate Funds: After cancellation, the funds are immediately available in your player account.
Time Limitation
It is not possible to cancel a withdrawal after it has been completed and processed. Cancellation is only possible while the request is still pending.
