If an event is postponed or cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account, provided the event is not completed within the established timeframe.
Timeframes
There are two distinct timeframes:
- 24 hours from the scheduled start time — deadline for the event to take place. If it does not occur within this period, the bet is voided.
- 30 hours from the start of the match — deadline for the result to be officially determined. If no decision is reached within this period, all unsettled bets are voided.
What Happens to the Bet
| Situation | Outcome |
|---|---|
| Event cancelled within 24h of scheduled start | Bet voided |
| Event postponed and completed after 24h of abandonment | Bet voided |
| Result not determined within 30h of match start | Bet voided |
| Event declared finished with official results | Bet settled normally |
| Result already determined before cancellation | Bet upheld (see exception below) |
When a bet is voided, it is settled at odds of 1.00 and the full stake is returned to the account.
Exception: Result Already Determined
This rule does not apply when the outcome of the bet was already determined before the event was cancelled.
Example: a bet on "First Goal" where the goal had already been scored before the match was interrupted — that bet is upheld and settled normally.
Exception: Winner/Qualification Markets
Bets on Winner or Qualification markets (for any event) are not subject to this rule. These markets are settled only once the qualification and/or event results have been finally determined.
