It is not possible to change a withdrawal request after submission. To do so, you must cancel the original request and submit a new one with the correct details.
How to Change a Request
The modification process involves two clear phases:
Phase 1: Cancel the Original Withdrawal
Access the Cancellation Area: You can do this via the path: Account → Transactions → Cancel Withdrawal.
Identify and Cancel: Find the pending withdrawal you wish to cancel in the list and proceed with the cancellation.
Phase 2: Submit a New Request
Access the Withdrawal Area: Navigate to Account → Transactions → Withdrawal.
Create a New Request: Submit a new request with the correct method or amount details.
Important:
Some withdrawal methods are processed almost automatically. If the request is processed before you can complete Phase 1 (Cancellation), you will not be able to change it. You must act quickly.
