A withdrawal request cancellation can occur for two main reasons. The most common cause is the lack of necessary action to complete the request.
Automatic Cancellation Due to Inactivity
If actions are required from your side (e.g., submitting verification documents, IBAN proof, or missing data) and these actions are not completed, our system automatically cancels the withdrawal after 7 days.
Action: The full amount is immediately reverted to your Betano account balance.
How to Avoid: Submit all requested documents or information within 7 days of the request.
Other Cancellation Causes
The withdrawal may be cancelled if the payment method does not comply with security and ownership rules (e.g., third-party account).
