If you haven’t received your activation code, please follow these steps.
1. Delivery via RCS
If the SMS delivery fails, we will automatically try to resend the code via RCS (Rich Communication Services), a modern messaging protocol. For this to work, you must have RCS enabled and be connected to the internet.
How to enable RCS
On Android: Open the Messages app, tap your profile picture, go to Messages settings, and enable the RCS Chats option.
On iPhone (iOS 18 or later): Go to Settings > Messages, find RCS Messages in the text message section, and enable it.
Note: The availability of RCS on iPhone depends on your mobile carrier. The feature will only appear and work if your carrier supports it.
2. SMS troubleshooting
First, check these common reasons why the SMS code might be delayed or not delivered.
Check your mobile number: Make sure the phone number you entered during registration is correct.
Wait a few minutes: Sometimes message delivery can be delayed due to network congestion. Wait a bit and try again.
Check for network issues: Ensure you have a strong signal. Try restarting your phone and check again.
Check for blocked or filtered messages: Some carriers or phone settings may filter automated messages. Verify that the message wasn’t blocked or marked as spam.
3. Still not receiving the SMS?
Check your internet connection: Make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi or that mobile data is turned on, as RCS requires an internet connection to work.
