To use Paysafecard as a withdrawal method, your Paysafecard account must be verified.
Required documentation
Send us 1 screenshot, photo, or PDF of the Settings → My Data page from your Paysafecard account, clearly showing:
- Customer number
- First and last name
- Address
- Email address
- Page address (URL) in the browser
- Account status
Mandatory account status
The screenshot must show your account with the status "Unlimited". This status confirms that your Paysafecard account is verified. Documents showing any other status will not be accepted.
Important tip
Access Paysafecard through a web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) on a computer — do not use the mobile app, as the required information is not visible there. To make sure the page URL is visible in the screenshot, reduce your browser zoom to 67%.
How to submit the document
- Log in to your Betano account.
- Go to Profile → Verification Process.
- Upload the document as requested.
Make sure the document is clear and legible. Your personal data is handled in accordance with Data Protection Law.
