To allow us to process your withdrawal request via Bank Transfer, it is necessary to validate your account by submitting an IBAN Proof document for the destination account.
Mandatory Documentation (IBAN Proof)
The IBAN Proof must be a photograph, screenshot, or PDF that clearly shows: your Name, the IBAN, and the Bank's Logo.
You can obtain this document in several ways:
IBAN Proof obtained at the bank counter or through the Banking application.
Screenshot of your bank's website (the "IBAN consultation" page).
Bank Statement (provided it contains all mandatory data on a single page).
Photograph of the first page of the Bank Passbook.
Submission Process
Access Your Account: Log into your Betano account.
Go to Documents: Navigate to Profile → Verification Process.
Submit the Document: Upload the IBAN Proof as requested.
Security and Legibility
Ensure that the photographs of the documents are clear and legible.
