If you’re trying to log into your account and are asked to enter a 4-digit 2-step authentication code, but you haven’t received it, try the following:
Request a new code
On the 2-step authentication screen, click “Resend SMS”. A new code will be sent to you right away.
Or request it via the Virtual Assistant
- Start a new chat through the Help Center.
- Enter your username and email address.
- Then select the following options:
- Registration/Login Issues
- 2-Step Verification (2FA)
The Virtual Assistant will send you a new code via SMS.
Still can’t log in?
If you don’t receive the code through any method, you can request the deactivation of 2-step verification.
Send an email to ayuda.caba@betano.bet.ar including the following:
Subject:
I want to disable 2-step verification on my account — personal details below
In the message, include:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Identification number
Your request will be reviewed manually by an agent. Once the verification is disabled, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
