The screenshot must clearly show your personal data (name, email, address, customer number, phone number, country) and also the website address (URL) in your browser.
Important Tip
To obtain a complete and valid document, you should access the Paysafecard platform via a web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and not the mobile application.
Submission Process
Access Your Account: Log into your Betano account.
Go to Documents: Navigate to Profile → Verification Process.
Submit the Document: Upload the requested screenshot.
Security and Legibility
Ensure that the images of the documents are clear and legible.
