To validate the card you used for deposits (and thus allow the withdrawal), you must send proof of the card to Betano.
Documentation Requirement
Send a photograph or screenshot of the Credit or Debit Card(s) you used.
Security Rules (Data Masking)
The proof must be edited to hide sensitive data. Only the following data must remain visible:
The first 6 and the last 4 digits of the card number.
The expiration date.
The cardholder's name.
Conceal the CVV (the 3 digits on the back).
Document Submission
Access Your Account: Log into your Betano account.
Go to Documents: Navigate to Profile → Verification Process.
Submit the Document: Upload the edited photograph or screenshot.
Security and Legibility
Ensure that the images are clear and legible.
Your documents will be secure, in accordance with Data Protection Law (GDPR).
