To approve your withdrawal request via Bank Transfer, it is mandatory to have a validated bank account. You must submit a Valid IBAN Proof for this purpose.
Follow the steps below, depending on your bank, to obtain the necessary document through your bank's online or mobile application.
Essential Document Requirement
The Proof MUST clearly contain:
Your Full Name (Account Holder).
The IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code.
The Name or Logo of the issuing bank.

Go to Account Movements.
Click the “+” icon.
Select IBAN Proof.
Final Action: Receive by email for submission.
NOVO BANCO
Go to Menu → IBAN, NIB and SWIFT.
Click the Email Icon ("NB") and enter your email.
Final Action: Receive by email for submission.
CAIXA GERAL DEPÓSITOS (CGD)
Log into the app → Menu → Manage Day-to-day.
Select Consult IBAN and then Send.
Enter your email and click OK.
Final Action: Receive by email. Save the PDF or take a screenshot.
MONTEPIO
Click on account balance → Details.
Click the Share Icon → Send NIB/IBAN by Email.
Enter your email.
Final Action: Receive by email for submission.
MILLENNIUM
Choose the account → View Detail → Details.
Select Send Details → Save PDF.
Final Action: Save and submit the PDF file.
ACTIVO BANK
Click More (bottom bar) → Accounts → Details.
Select Send Details.
Final Action: Receive the IBAN proof in your email for submission.
BPI
Log into the app and click Consult (bottom left corner).
In the Accounts and Cards section, click the "v" symbol next to the balance.
Select the Share IBAN/SWIFT option (a PDF will be generated).
Final Action: Email the PDF to yourself and submit the document.
CRÉDITO AGRÍCOLA
Click the Accounts icon → Click on your account.
Select Account Information → Click the Download Icon (top right corner).
Final Action: Save the document or take a print and submit the file.
CTT
Click Accounts (bottom bar) → IBAN Proof.
Select your account and enter your email.
Final Action: Receive the PDF by email for submission.
REVOLUT
Click the Account Icon (top bar) → Documents.
Select Account Confirmation and download the proof.
Final Action: Submit the PDF document.
MOEY
Click the Account Icon (top bar) → Moey Account.
Select Account Details → IBAN Proof.
Final Action: Take a screenshot of the information and submit.
VERSE
Go to Money (bottom right) → Transfer from another account → Account Statement.
Request the Statement for the current month and send it to your personal email.
Final Action: Receive by email for submission.
