If you feel the need to step away from gambling for an extended period, you can activate self-exclusion. This restriction can be applied to Sports Betting, Casino, or both, directly in your account.
How to activate
Go to Profile > Player Protection and select Self-Exclusion.
Duration
- Temporary: mandatory minimum period of 3 months.
- Permanent: indefinite, with no set end date.
What changes when you activate it
- Immediate effect: self-exclusion takes effect as soon as it is set.
- No bets or deposits: during this period, you will not be able to place bets or make deposits on the platform.
What if I change my mind?
Revocation only takes effect 30 days after your request, and only if the minimum 3-month period has already ended. Learn more in I self-excluded but changed my mind. What can I do?
